The week on the podcast is Ryan Johnson, RN, BSN. Ryan started his nursing career by obtaining his BSN from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA (an accelerated 2nd degree program). He and his family then moved back to San Diego where he worked in the ER and then transitioned into education.
Ryan takes us through his nursing journey and how he came to start his own IV infusion company, Float. Not only did he start his own company with 2 co-founders, but they also participated in a start-up training program in Silicon Valley that very few entrepreneurs are chosen for: Y-Combinator.
